And so it begins... Babs enters the world of social media. Who ever thought that would happen!
Now what should I talk about... How about the fact that apparently today is supposed to be the most depressing day all year (based on weather, light, temperature, length of winter, Monday and such). I have to say that I disagree - how can the day leading up to the most important day of the year, my 25th birthday, be depressing?
Look on the positive side: days keep getting lighter from here, it can't get colder then it was last week, and our winter stat holiday is less then a month away!

ReplyDeleteI've never really understood this part of social media. Blogging seems like such an odd form of communication but as a true marketer I should know more about all forms of reaching consumers or consumers reaching each other. As such I am going to follow your blogging and learn as I read along! Plus it will give me something to read during my dozens of daily meetings!

I'll add this blog to my weekday morning checklist of things to do at work before actually doing work. Globe and Mail, facebook, The Star.ca, Facebook, B-Stock's blog...yeah that sounds about right.
ReplyDeleteWe have a winter stat holiday? When?

ReplyDeleteAs far as I can see, blogging seems to be a pretty effective way to keep in touch with people. With the way we live our lives, blogging seems to keep everyone connect in some strange way...and lets be honest it's just easier to check someone's blog then to actually call them to catch up...sad life we live!

You are right... it is very cold. Too bad we live in Canada and that's the reality we have to face. It always annoys me when people complain on and on about the weather and how cold it is... we live in Canada! what do you expect?? they dont call it the great North because it's warm and peachey. Happy Birthday and enjoy being 25 :)
